This is women-centred coaching, a research-based approach designed specifically for the challenges women face. It works at the nervous system and subconscious level, not just the cognitive. I combine systemic coaching, family constellation, Ayurveda, and somatic practices. The goal is empowerment and independence. Not a process that keeps you coming back indefinitely.
You have private access to me between sessions via voice message or text. When something comes up in your life that is connected to our work, you do not have to wait until the next session to get support.
All sessions are via video call. The work is location-independent. You can be anywhere in the world.
Both. The program lives within the tested ELEVATE, SUSTAIN, PROSPER framework. Within that container, every session is personalized to what is alive for you at that moment. You always know where we are heading, and the program adapts to meet you at every step.
The method has three stages. Many women who complete the initial program choose to continue into the next stage of the journey. We can discuss this toward the end of your container. There is never any pressure to continue.
