1. Definitions
“I,” “me,” “my” refers to Maja Barbara Michalewska (Herrero), trading as Elevate Sustain Prosper, CVR DK 43657313.
“You,” “your,” “client” refers to any individual who uses this website or purchases services.
“Services” refers to coaching sessions, programs, workshops, digital content, and any other services offered through this website.
“Website” refers to majaherrero.com.
“Blueprint Alignment Session” refers to the initial 60 to 90 minute diagnostic coaching session.
“Coaching Container” refers to the 3-month or 6-month coaching program packages.
2. Scope of Services
I offer the following services through this website:
- 1:1 VIP coaching programs (From Achiever to Empowered Creator)
- Blueprint Alignment Sessions (60 to 90 minute diagnostic sessions)
- Workshops and events (in-person and online)
- Digital content and resources
- Newsletter and blog content
All coaching sessions take place via video call unless otherwise agreed. My services are location-independent.
By accessing this website or purchasing any service, you agree to these terms.
3. Booking and Payment
Booking: Sessions and programs are booked through TidyCal (tidycal.com/elevatesustainprosper) or by contacting me directly.
Payment methods: Visa/Mastercard (via Stripe), PayPal, and bank transfer.
Currency: All prices are listed in EUR.
Payment plans: Payment plans are available for coaching containers. Specific terms are agreed during the Blueprint Alignment Session. If you are on a payment plan, you remain responsible for the full purchase price regardless of whether you complete the program.
Confirmation: After booking, you will receive an email confirmation. This email, together with these terms, constitutes the contract between us.
4. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU consumer law (the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in Denmark through Forbrugeraftaleloven), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the purchase date, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal: Contact me at contact@majaherrero.com within 14 days of purchase, stating that you wish to withdraw.
If services have already begun: If you have expressly consented to the service beginning during the 14-day withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw before the service is fully performed, you will be charged on a pro-rata basis for sessions already delivered.
Refund: If you exercise your right of withdrawal and no sessions have taken place, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of my receiving your withdrawal notice.
Express consent mechanism: Before your first session (if it falls within the 14-day period), you will be asked to confirm: “I agree that the service begins immediately. I understand that I will lose my right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed. If I withdraw before completion, I will pay for sessions already delivered.”
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Session cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be counted as a completed session.
My cancellation: If I need to cancel a session, I will offer a replacement time at our mutual convenience. You will not be charged for sessions I cancel.
No-shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session may be counted as completed.
6. Refund Policy
Within the 14-day withdrawal period: See Section 4 above.
After the withdrawal period: Coaching containers are non-refundable after the 14-day withdrawal period, as the service is personalized and begins upon the first session.
Exceptional circumstances: If you believe exceptional circumstances prevent you from continuing, contact me at contact@majaherrero.com. I will consider each situation individually.
Payment plans: If you are on a payment plan, you remain responsible for the full agreed price, regardless of whether you complete all sessions.
7. Client Responsibilities
By engaging in my services, you agree to:
- Attend scheduled sessions or provide timely cancellation
- Engage with the process with honesty and openness
- Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions during and after coaching
- Keep all session content, materials, and communications confidential
- Use all materials provided for personal use only, and not reproduce, share, or distribute them without written permission
8. Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, psychotherapy, or a substitute for professional mental health treatment.
My services are designed for personal and professional development. They do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please consult a qualified mental health professional.
You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own decisions and the results of coaching. I do not guarantee specific outcomes.
9. Family Constellation Workshop Regulations
Workshop nature: Family constellation workshops are developmental and cognitive in nature. They are not psychological therapy or psychotherapy and cannot replace them.
Participant restrictions:
- If you are currently undergoing psychotherapy, you must obtain your psychotherapist's consent to participate. You assume full responsibility for any change in symptoms during or after the workshop. The facilitator has the right to decline your participation.
- If you are undergoing psychiatric treatment, have completed psychiatric hospitalization, or have been diagnosed with a mental illness (including psychotic disorders, borderline personality disorder, depression, or addictions), participation is not recommended without written consent from your treating professional. You participate at your own risk.
Facilitator responsibility: I am not responsible for the consequences of decisions made during or after the workshop. The workshop is not intended for making therapeutic decisions or diagnosing mental disorders.
Confidentiality: All data, information, and processes shared during workshops are confidential. Audio recording, photography, and sharing of workshop content without written consent from the facilitator are prohibited.
10. Confidentiality
I treat all information shared during coaching sessions and workshops as strictly confidential. I will not disclose your personal information to third parties except:
- Where required by law
- Where there is an immediate risk of harm to you or others
- Where you provide explicit written consent
You agree to keep all content from our sessions, including materials, exercises, and communications, confidential.
Refund Policy — Self-Paced Masterclasses & Courses
The self-paced digital courses and masterclasses that are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase follow the below policy:
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Submit your request within 30 days of purchase
- Have accessed and engaged with the course content
Refund requests can be submitted via email to contact@majaherrero.com.
Once your request is reviewed, your refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original method of payment.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, exercises, audio recordings, and resources provided as part of my services are my intellectual property and are protected by copyright.
You may use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any of my materials without written permission.
Your login credentials to any digital platform are personal and non-transferable.
12. Limitation of Liability
My services are provided for personal and professional development purposes. I do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of my services or website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, fraud, or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute arising from these terms or my services will be submitted to the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Complaints: If you have a complaint about my services, please contact me first at contact@majaherrero.com. I will respond within 14 days.
14. Changes to These Terms
I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
If you have an active coaching contract, changes to these terms will not affect the terms of your existing contract unless you agree to the updated terms in writing.
Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
