I spent years performing my worth. Then I chose myself. That choice became the foundation of everything I do now.
For years, I was the woman who did everything right.
I earned a Master of Science from the University of Copenhagen, working in sustainability, trying to make the world a better place, and I was on track for a PhD—an opportunity created just for me. On the outside, my life looked impressive. I was achieving, performing, and proving my worth.
But behind the credentials, my body was sending signals I could no longer ignore. Migraines and painful menstruation would knock me out for days. I accepted it as normal—the way so many high-achieving women do. I pushed through, measuring my value by what I accomplished, ignoring the toll it was taking.
Then came the PTSD. Anxiety. Then the panic attacks.
I felt alone, unseen, and every professional I consulted seemed to say the same thing: "This is how it is." Really? Nothing truly addressed the root of what my body and mind were trying to tell me. Modern medicine failed to support me. That’s when I took my health into my own hands.

I paused. I stopped outsourcing my well-being to external solutions. I started listening deeply to my body, my intuition, and my inner voice. I began asking the right questions, and slowly, the right answers, people, and opportunities came my way.
This journey led me to Ayurveda medicine, somatic work, systemic coaching, and family constellation therapy—not as abstract methodologies, but as lived practices that restored my body, my clarity, and my sense of self.
And then came the PhD decision.
I woke up with a squeezed gut and tingling in my throat. I knew that today would mark a milestone. I was going to tell my supervisor and coordinators that I would not continue with the program. My mind raced with thousands of scenarios: disappointment, failure, leaving Denmark—but my heart was calm.
Because deep down, I knew choosing myself was the most authentic decision I could make.
That moment was a powerful test. For many years I had been a people pleaser. Not a conscious choice, but a survival mechanism. The moment in which you choose to face the inner shadow is the moment in which you step into your authenticity and discover what self-leadership tastes like.
I became the guide I needed.
And here I am.
Coaching women through the same kind of identity shift—from performing to authoring, from surviving to fully inhabiting their lives, to actually stepping into their life’s purpose. A transformation that likely would not have been possible if I had stayed in the PhD program.
Five truths that shape every session, every conversation, every moment of this work.

I draw on multiple modalities to meet you where you are. Every engagement is tailored. There is no one-size-fits-all.
A research-based coaching approach designed to help women step into their power, reclaim their energy, and align their decisions with who they truly are.
Understanding the systems that shaped your patterns: family, organizational, cultural. Seeing the invisible dynamics that drive your decisions so you can finally make choices that are yours.
Revealing hidden loyalties and inherited dynamics that run beneath conscious awareness. This is how we address what you inherited and what belongs to you.
Your energetic blueprint for decision-making and self-leadership. This is not a personality test. It is a map of how your energy is designed to move.
Body-mind alignment through your constitutional type. Understanding your unique needs for rest, nourishment, and rhythm. The body is not separate from the work.
Regulation, embodiment, and releasing stored survival patterns. The body holds what the mind has forgotten. This is where lasting change lives.
Speaking on identity, self-leadership, and what it takes to lead from within.
Your next chapter
The first step is a conversation. No pressure, no pitch. Just clarity on where you are and whether I can help.
